TOPPENISH — From now to the middle of September, Toppenish police will
be paying particular attention to the behavior of pedestrians and
motorists during Operation Safe Stroll, a crosswalk safety education
and enforcement emphasis program.

The annual Not-Just-A-Farmers Market is coming on Saturday, Sept. 6 to Zillah.
The event will be held from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. in the city’s downtown area. The market will include entertainment, food, fresh local produce, crafts, and a variety of other unique items for sale.
